Stories
Stories help us piece together our understanding of the world to share with others.
It is in the spaces in between that we get to understand who we are; and then we bring those pieces together to make something. But when we are able to mix and match with others, that's when we can create something great.
Styleframes
I was jumping around a lot with what kind of story I wanted to tell. First it was more of a vague, everyone could make some conclusion, any conclusion, from this. But that didn't speak to me... So I went back to the drawing board and was watching a friend play "Blue Prince". The ending, and more specifically the song, really struck a cord within me, and I realized that what makes stories special to me is the space in between.
Pairing that with the fourth and fifth frames below this, and the idea really started formulate and resonate with me. So I got to work...

I had originally pitched a very different story. It danced around what I was trying to say about stories a lot more and was also trying too much with not a lot of strong intent behind most of it. "It looks cool" is never good as the only answer for something.
